Van Obergums Hand is a small kennel which only occasionally breeds a litter of pups. The name refers to where we lived, what used to be the village of Obergum. Our house was a former labourer's cottage and dates from 1870. The wooden roof-gutter on the front of the house ends in a carved hand, which symbolises the saying that all blessing is from above. This symbolic hand inspires us to breed Tollers with the greatest care. We attach great importance to breeding healthy dogs with typical Toller characteristics: cheerful, social and eager to work. |
